Over the course of that last 3 years, since integration, 20:20rdi have delivered insights that have led to a significant step change in the efficiency of the Mondelez UK 3rd Party Field Sales team. 20:20 insights and reporting have been critical in allowing us to make informed choices about call file segmentation, for example where we go, how often we go there and how much time we spend in each store. The independent and impartial relationship between 20:20, Mondelez and 3rd Party Field Marketing is a model that’s been recognised by Mondelez Europe as “best in class”. I particularly like two services offered. Firstly the 20:20 Portal that allows stakeholders to view live results and filter by Account or Activity and secondly the Regional Contact Strategy dimension that allows accurate reporting by region.
