We chose to invest at this site not only because it offers state of the art facilities but also because it allows us access to the region’s most promising students, knowledge and expertise within the university, and  helping us to find the resources to grow.

Meridian ISE

meridianiseMeridian ISE is where the 20:20 RDI story started. It was established in 1993 to provide strategic sales consultancy to many of the world’s major organisations. It focuses on improving the ROI on all customer facing investments, from trading terms to the cost of the sales organisation itself. It identifies the levers of sales success, concentrating on proving a cause-effect’ relationship to provide a sound action plan.

With a senior management team that is deeply experienced in FMCG, is was no surprise that over the years Meridian found itself conducting an ever increasing number of projects under the heading of ‘customer contact strategy.’ Of course this meant deep analysis of the ROI impacts of different customer facing investments. The richness of customer data available from brand owners facilitated a whole new level of complexity and accuracy in our recommendations in this sector.

So when the businesses split to allow 20:20 RDI to focus on data driven insight in the CPG world, that was the moment that Meridian ISE chose to focus its attention on the other industries where it had developed deep experience.

Hosting UK


Data security is a vital component of the 20:20 RDI offer. We have teamed up with Hosting UK because they offer state of the art hardware, cutting edge security protocols and multi-location back up.

Their equipment is located across two cities, London and Manchester. Within these regional locations they operate a number of datac entres. In addition, they also operate a disaster recovery site at their head office in St. Asaph, Wales.

All of these locations are totally independent and the facilities within each are operated independently by leaders in carrier neutral, high availability data centre facilities in the UK.

Engineers are based on-site to ensure the fastest response should any physical intervention be required at any time. Access to their servers is tightly controlled by both electronic and biometric means, through a system of airlocks and secured areas. Entry to the data centre requires both of these means, as well as a final visual check before any person can gain final entry to the equipment. Once in the data centre activity is recorded around the clock.
